Mary is a conundrum to most and an enigma to those who know her well.
Once upon a time she was on a path of righteousness, but at an early age she was distracted by wayward tendencies. Her recovery was taken in hand by the nuns of the abbey of St. Vitus where she was able to show her contrition before setting off on a new adventure.
Peter finds Mary’s vagaries highly amusing and regards her as a most distinguished drinking companion. Paul, on the other hand, just blushes at her
